    The concept of supply chain inventory requirement has been widely used by companies to improve meeting the needs of its customers. Lost sales due to inventory shortage is an important thing to be avoided by the company. This research aims to build a inventory control system supplies fuel to the method of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) web-based on gas stations in the area of Semarang. The method used for planning is the ordering of distribution requirements planning with the stage of determining the net requirements (netting), selection Lot (lotting), the timing of orders (offsetting) and the determination of gross requirements for next level (exploision). The Time Phased Order Point and min-max stock level Consept used for optimalitation needs Planning. Model Design of the system is using waterfall model which consists of system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing programs. The research design of this system is the ordering of the supply system can be used to support and improve inventory control at retail outlets. The results of testing the system states that the system developed to support inventory control, increased security at gas stations supply needs to be better and minimize losses orders.     Konsep rantai pasokan kebutuhan persediaan telah banyak digunakan Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan bagi pelanggannya. Kehilangan penjualan akibat kekurangan persediaan adalah hal penting yang dihindari oleh Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem untuk Pemantauan dan pengendalian persediaan BBM pada SPBU di wilayah semarang dengan menggunakan sistem pengendalian persediaan Premium berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan jaringan internet. Pembangunan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai pengolah databasenya adapun metode pengendalian yang digunakan adalah metode pengendalian persediaan Premium dengan konsep min-max stock level dan time Phased order point (Danuri, 2011). Hasil dari sistem Pemantauan dan pengendalian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat memantau persediaan premium pada setiap SPBU dan memberikan informasi setiap saat tentang penjualan dan pengisian kembali pada tiap-tiap SPBU

    In Vitro α-Glucosidase Inhibition and Antioxidant Activity of Mulberry (Morus Alba L.) Leaf Ethanolic Extract

    This present work aimed to investigate the in vitro antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory effect of mulberry leaf ethanolic extract. Antioxidant analysis was performed using Thiobarbituric Acid (TBA) assay at concentrations of 125, 200, 500, and 1,000 ppm. The results showed that the optimum incubation time was four days and the extracts could reduce the formation of MDA, i.e. 41.21%, 45.33%, 44.19%, and 36.00%, respectively. This suggests that concentration of 200 ppm was found as the best treatment. In addition, the result showed that ethanolic extract of mulberry leaf also showed inhibition against α-glucosidase with the IC50 of 309.82 µg/ml
